Stopping for a Chat
A fisherman pauses to chat with walkers on the banks of the Kennet and Avon Canal. Fishing is a time-honoured tradition on the canals and rivers of England and Wales. If you are piloting a narrowboat you may have to slow down for a fishing competition, while hikers tread carefully around all the equipment laid out beside the towpath. Taken in the early morning in September, 2006.
