Brilliantly painted and decorated buggies, part of the commercial fishing fleet, at anchor in the harbour at Pangambengan, Bali. These historic fishing boats are driven by between two and four longtail motors operating from the sides of the boats like oars on a galley. Each pair is operated by roughly 40 men, directed by a captain who sits high above the deck of one of the boats in a crowsnest. |
