Fly Agaric

Fly agaric is the most well known and loved of the poisonous mushrooms. It is the quintessential fairy toadstool, with its bright red cap dotted with white spots, and is often seen as a good luck symbol. Although it is toxic, people of some cultures eat it after careful boiling, because of its hallucinogenic effects.
