Quiet Moment in the Storm

On a day in late December of 2005, we drove through the flat farmland of eastern Washington State. Blowing wind and falling snow alternately obscured and revealed features of the landscape. This cluster of farm buildings appeared as a quiet and safe haven from the winter storm.
