An angel sits on the railing on the roof of Cliveden House, Berkshire. Once famous for lavish parties given by Lord and Lady Astor, the magnificent stately home is now a luxury hotel owned by the National Trust. The little cherub is looking at a magnificent view of the Thames and the Berkshire countryside. Taken in early October, 2006.
